REFURBISHMENT
Our range of professional services extends
beyond decorating.
We are actively involved in refurbishment work,
whether as sole or subcontractor.
We either use our own trade specialists or bring in people with specialist skills to deal with particular requirements.
These subcontractors are always people with whom we have longstanding relationships so we can vouch for their professionalism, quality and reliability.
We are also actively involved in carrying out maintenance and repairs.
From restoration work for when something gets broken, damaged or stops working, to maintenance activities meant to prevent damage and prolong the life of appliances, fixtures, and the property itself.
DECORATING
Over the last 10 years, PC Contracting have had 25 to 40 decorators employed at any one time.
Painting may be one of our less complex services, but it requires consummate care and attention to detail to ensure beautiful and lasting finishes.
We employ a craftsmen-like approach. This starts with specifying the best paints and materials for the task and then meticulously preparing surfaces.
We can produce any type of paint finish. This includes the use of special paints, such as
solvent-free and use of special techniques, such as spray painting.

PORTERAGE SERVICE
Office relocations consist of supplying large numbers of crates for the required moves, and then relocating all of the staff personal belongings and furniture to the newly required office.
This includes removals of furniture of all sizes.

OFFICE FURNITURE
We carry out jobs of all sizes. Starting from stripping out the old office furniture to supplying & installing all ranges of furniture required. All furniture comes with soft seating for breakout areas, powering up desks, monitor arms, cabinets & meeting rooms.

Access Control
PCC have recently completed Paxton Access Control training internally and are now able to supply and install a variety of new access control including stand alone, and Net 2 . Paxton produce a variety of security solutions to suit different site requirements. Their 'one door' philosophy means doors can be added as required when customer budget becomes available over time .
Paxton Access is a UK-based company that designs and manufactures cutting-edge access control and door entry systems for various types of buildings. Each year, their products help secure approximately 25,000 buildings worldwide. Paxton solutions are tailored to meet the needs of multiple sectors, with particular suitability for education, healthcare, retail, leisure and commercial. PCC are installation partners for Paxton .
